Entry 

Player Minimum Entry Requirements


  • Must have played a minimum of 5 seasons

  • Must be at least 36 Years of Age (Active) ***This is BEFORE progressions, as voting is now directly after progressions and the World Series, and therefore it is not feasible to include players who have not played their season at the age of 36.



General Manager Minimum Entry Requirements


  • Must have been in the league a minimum of 5 seasons

  • Must have made the playoffs at least 2 of those seasons

  • Must have stayed with the same team for at least 4 seasons




Nominations 

  • League Nominates 15 Retired Players
  • League Nominates 9 Active Players
  • Nominations Committee Nominates 5 General Managers apiece

Final Voting 

  • League votes for the following amount of players

    • Maximum of 8 player inductees a season

    • Maximum of 3 active player inductees a season

    • Maximum of 2 owner inductees a season

    • Will take place during All-Star Weekend

    • Nominations will happen 1 real week prior to All-Star Weekend

  • Voting will be open for 96 hours (4 days)

  • Voting will take place immediately following the conclusion of the World Series Championship

  • Induction Ceremony will take place around the time of the Entry Draft

  • 3 Owners (All must be on Nomination Committee) collect votes in order to make sure counts are correct

  • Nominees must receive at least 66% of the vote to be inducted

  • Ballots will not have more than 15 retired players on them at a time

  • Ballots will not have more than 9 active players on them at a time

  • Owners must vote for a minimum of 2 players

  • Ballots will not have more than 2 owners on them at a time

  • Owners will message blank ballot (copied and pasted from HoF blank ballot on homepage of Hall Site) to the 3 designated collectors, indicating which nominees they will vote for (Loser63, sfascetta)

  • Running tally for votes will be shown on Hall of Fame homepage

  • Nominees will be announced on the homepage of the Hall of Fame

  • Results will be announced on Hall of Fame (separate page, will not be made available until all votes are tallied)
